- KDF Media has bacteriostatic properties eliminating bacteria growth and also effectively kills bacteria in water.
- KDF Process Media exchanges electrons with contaminants turning them into harmless components, such as chlorine to chloride.
- Cartridge has also high grade coconut shell activated carbon significantly improving the taste and smell of water by adsorbing chlorine and other chemical contaminants.
- Removes 99% of chlorine and 97% of lead.

- Cartridge has sediment cartridge insert protecting carbon granulate from flowing out of the housing.

ACK series with KDF activated carbon filter cartridges are available in many size and type and will fit most standard filter housings. Cartridges are individually shrunk wrapped and labeled. Purimate sediment filters have the micron rating embossed on the side of every cartridge for easy identification.
